The first few weeks...

 Seattle, Washington.

My girlfriend of fifteen years and I moved in during the month of February of 2012. Needless to say, we spent many years in Seattle, homeless.

My life virtually hinges on a 15 amp breaker.  The unit we live in is owned by a Chinese American who speaks articulated English.  I chose the word articulated because he searches for the right words to use when he speaks.

When I said a fifteen amp breaker, this is a breaker that support’s 5 rooms which contain TV’s, Computers, three refrigerators, and a stove which has no working oven.  8 people have to operate off of this breaker. Two or more appliances operating at once could trip that breaker.

We are not allowed to enter through the front door, which I have concluded that it is an unmarked emergency exit. We use the side entrance.

After many, many years of being the political pawn of wars both political and personal, I now live in a small room, drawing SSI without medical benefits (State of Washington has refused to issue medical benefits-no reason given.(We are working on that-too.))
